Ai Clicks... Hopefully you will learn something from my review

I have started purchasing online from Clicks and found the following, which I am sharing for the benefit of Clicks to improve hopefully. 1. The Clicks App is woefully unfriendly to use. 2. Ordering online was largely fine, however, not all the products are listed.. In my recent experience, it seems like Clicks is only making available product options that otherwise don't sell well. Alternatively, they have a procurement issue. 3. Delivery to the home was ok, however delivery via Pargo had the following issues... The packaging was poor and damaged. It is stacked in a corner, on top of each other, loosely behind a counter, and then constantly handled as people come fetch parcels. No wonder the package looks like it does by the time I got it. The Collections counter is the same counter Clicks uses for returns... at least that is what I was told when I asked. Only the supervisor, seemingly, can give it to a customer, so I had to wait for them to fetch the supervisor before I could get my parcel, resulting in 15 min to just collect a parcel that just needs to be scanned.
