According to this email, and numerous complains, my refund was done Tu 10 Dec 2019,saying 3 working days

Tu : Day 1 Wed : Day 2 Th : Day 3 Fr : Day 4????????

Today Sat 14 Dec 2019 no money in my bank account

With this email, I'm going to open a ******** case at SAPS, theft under false impressions

Suspects : will be personal assisted me with this refund, Darren & Finance at online orders refund, manager Bianca assisted me last and Clicks Company

This was the last communication for this whole **** online order, I had totally enough, to get my money legally owed to me, back
