Advertising Specials ..... but don't stock their shops with product

Clicks are advertising Aerial 14 Tabs washing powder for R115 for 2 since 22 August 2023. Since then, I have been in 3 shops on a regular basis with no luck. NO STOCK!! Been complaining in the shops as well as sending an email to the customer care. They responded twice, just to say that somebody will be in contact with me --- still no feedback. I am almost sure that they made a mistake on the price and know they are not stocking in their stores because they are losing money. I am very disappointed in customer service and Clicks itself. I am a regular customer of Clicks but feels like I don't want to support them anymore.
