Advertise but no stock

I was at the clicks just now, I saw a add yesterday that they sell porridge bowls. I asked the guy at the counter and he made me look stupid infront of everybody looking at me like im retarded and said why would they have it in the store, this is unacceptable. how dare he make me feel like a fool infront of everyone at the till.
