I don’t know how clicks doesn’t ask for FICA documentation at their pharmacy department when they can clearly see that the medical aid card holder is not match with them. A claim was made without my knowledge and worst part it was processed without any authorisation from me (principle member). Your security is weak and now I’m being charged on medication that’s not even for my child. I request a footage of the time it was processed and I’m escalating this further.
