Accused of *****ing a face product and make to look for it at the counter for 45min

I was at Clicks Fairland Walk near Cresta to buy cosmetics I picked up a but I later had a change of heart and left the product at a different isle. After paying for the products I bought I was intercepted at the door and was asked for the product which I had left on a different isle. We walked around the store looking for it and did not find it for approximately 45 minutes I was brought into a room for an interrogatio alone with the manager who said I should take out the product insinuating that I had ****** the product and I was afraid to take it out in front of other people. Security was also called and again I was locked in the room with males and I was pressured to take out the product. The face wash was eventually found by the security guard in the store and they did not even apologize. I am traumatised because they were threatening to call the police for I didn’t do. Those people are ****** and ill treated me, I hope they justice is done
