Acceptional service

On the 25/08/21 I went to clicks Pharmarcy at alex mall to return the nappies i was not happy with, I was very pleased with the service i got from the store manager by the name of Philip, I called the store in the morning and explained to him my query and told him I'll be at the store late when i knock off at work and when i got to the store i got a warm welcome from the store manager and he remembered me from the call we had earlier and he assisted me hustle free and i didn't even stand on the que. thank you so much phillip for the acceptional service you gave me.
