Abysmal "service"

Please forget about using Clicks online services! They are totally useless! I placed an order for delivery (1-3 days!!!!) a week ago.

On the third day I received a message to say that my order would be despatched - to the wrong store! I immediately contacted Clicks to make sure about where my order would end up. I was assured that it was in fact correctly despatched. Five days after the order was placed I started calling to find out why I had not yet received what I have bought and paid for. The store concerned had no idea about my order. Nor did any other Clicks in the George area. No offer to follow up. So I called customer services. They offered to call the stores, and I told them I had already done this. They then blamed the courier and promised to call back by that afternoon (now 5 days after order). The person who was to receive the goods went to Clicks to fetch the items ordered - all of which were standard toiletry items. Including toilet paper! The assistant could still not find anything about the order, in spite of the proof of purchase with order number being presented. When pressed, they tried to follow up, and then advised that the items ordered will probably only be available after Christmas. I leave it to you to imagine what Christmas without toilet paper, soap etc will be like! Really Clicks!!!! Never again!!!
