ABUSE OF STAFF

I have been going to Clicks Pharmacy at Glen Mall and i cannot believe how slow the service is and this is not the fault of staff. How does a big company like Clicks have one Pharmacist who is supposed to verify script done by an Assistant. The queue is so long purely because they are short staff, this one Pharmacist has to attend to customers, answer queries, attend to assistant's queries and check every script before its processed by an assistant.

I have never seen a Clicks where there is only one Pharmacist, is this the case because its Soweto. Whenever i have to go to that Clicks i cringe, because i know that i will be standing in a long queue. This is very unprofessional, in any work environment there should be back-up. What happens when the Pharmacist needs to take lunch, do you close the store or the poor person does not even take lunch. The BCEA makes it clear that employees have to take a break for every 5 hours worked. Instead Clicks keeps opening stores everywhere i turn, sort out your staff and stop focusing only on sales.
