Absolutely unimpresed

Unimpressed and Disappointing!! as a paying customer having supported clicks for several years now, i was very unhappy with the service i received at my last visit to clicks yestserday evening. not only did i wait in a que for almost an hour as cashiers stood around chatting. when it was finally my turn to pay i was met by a cashier named Kgomotso who was very arrogant clicked her tongue at me didn't even acknowledge i was there, and when i proceeded to unpack my basket already annoyed with the service i was receiving, the cashiers at till 2 and 3 engaged in conversation with another customer and were gossiping about me while i stood right there making very unflattering remarks which they had thought i did not understand. i then paid was not even asked for my club card. being highly upset i requested to speak to the store manager, he was then called and when i spoke to him he blatantly ignored me and did not even answer me, shocking utterly disappointing.. no response. this is absolutely unacceptable!!!! i will not be a customer at clicks any longer i have even destroyed the clubcard i once had.
