Absolutely terrible service

Ordered online on 25/04. Called customer care on 29/04 to confirm delivery date, was assured I will receive delivery on 29/04. No delivery received! Called this morning spoke to an agent, was told I would be called back in an hour with an update. 2 hours later and still no call, no order. And all this after having to buy formula and diapers again because my baby did not have any for the weekend!
