Above and beyond customer service

I was in contact with someone who tested positive for Covid-19 and my partner and I self isolated. When I started to develop flu like symptoms, we decided to play it safe and we had ourselves tested for Covid. While we were waiting for our results, we called Abel at your Clicks Pharmacy in Gansbaai and asked whether they will deliver our medicine. Abel said that they do not deliver, but he'll call us back. True to his word, he called us back within 10 minutes and as he does not have transport, he was actually trying to get someone with transport to deliver our medicine, but was unsuccessful. He did however package all our medicine and brought it out to my partner in the car when he stopped in the parking area. We did not want to take the chance of coming into the store or having any close contact with anyone without knowing our Covid results. He even went as far as saying that we shouldn't worry about the co' payment as he will pay it out of his own pocket. They both ensured extra social distancing and sanitizing measures and my partner also paid him the small and well sanitized co' payment. :) We'd like to give a HUGE thank you to Abel who went above and beyond in customer service and for being the most friendly and helpful person we always deal with when frequenting your store in Gansbaai. We have thankfully tested negative for Covid and please be so kind as to thank Abel for being the most caring staff member during these trying times.
