A VERY BAD SERVICE RENDERED BY CLICKS MTHATHA PLAZA

I have never seen a very unprofessional staff like the way I was treated by Clicks Pharmacy Mthatha at Plaza. I went to buy cosmetics and during process of paying I used a bank debit card which indicated that I have been billed via in-contact notification. The cashier said her till did not open and therefore I will have to pay again and my money will be reversed which that did not happen till now. I am not in a possition to go and demand my money bcz of distance which the shop did not even worry about that or taking my number so they can call and assist client. That shop is very dissappointing and downlook on people. I will not go buy there ever again. I nerver experienced that in Ngebs Mall CLICKS where I usually buy. The didnt even have name plate until I asked her name and she said she is Sinazo Mgijima. She called this other lady who didnt even want to listen and said I must jst pay again or leave the items I wanted.
