A very angry pregnant woman!!!

Today for the very first time I unpack my new digital bottle sterilizer which I bought from Clicks baby on the 21st December 2025. I am busy preparing for my baby's arrival so I'm getting things ready. After sterilizing the first two bottles I noticed the water is pitch black. Upon checking why I noticed the sterilizer itself is completely rusted at the bottom hence the bottles came out dirty after sterilizing and the water is pitch black. Thank you for selling me old stock Clicks and for contaminating my baby's brand new bottles. Mind you when I visited the store in December the items I bought was covered in dust as the white top I was wearing was black because of it when I got to the till point. You really need to do better. You are one of the biggest baby stores in Canal Walk yet you cannot even check your stock nor clean your store properly!!! Upset is an understatement for how I'm feeling right now. I am 40 weeks pregnant and now I have to go all the way back to the damn store to return these items.
