A terrible experience at clicks baby Gateway Mall , Durban

Yesterday we visited clicks baby Gateway Mall in Durban, with the intention of purchasing a baby carrier we saw on promotion online . When we went to the store the item was still marked full price , the sales persons at the store then decided to just scan the product (baby carrier ) to ensure there wasn’t a mistake made . After scanning the item they did in infact find out it was on promotion, when the staff on the floor and the manager found out of this promotion they took and reserved all the products on the shelf for themselves. The main person is the manager of the store . She still had the decency to show me her WhatsApp message that she reserved the product for family members . They refused to sell us the product as they said it was reserved, for themselves .
