A rude nurse.

Dear Clicks. Few days ago I registered to get vaccinated, I then decided to book to vaccinate in one of the sites. I selected Clicks Campus Square. The portal allowed me to schedule an appointment for 28 August 2021 which was today on a Saturday. I got confirmation via SMS to not forget. My appointment was as 10h10 to 10h20. The nurse was rude and I left the store crying. She asked why I'm there. I told here that it's because I scheduled and appointment to vaccinate. She asked "For what? ". I answered "for Covid-19". She rudely told me that they don't do vaccinations on weekends, whoever told me **** to me because she sees "no such a thing" on her computer. I had proof of the scheduled appointment and it was so hurting how someone can talk to you so rudely where else you just need help. In order for things to work there has to be a #Win #Win on both parties. The nurse and the patient. Not one being rude to the other unnecessarily so.
