A Purchase Just Made (Still At The Till) Not Allowed To Exchange It Like For Like

<p>My wife and I went into Clicks Canal Walk and purchased 3 packets of the Smartbite Nachos ( 3 for 2 special). At the till point paying for that and other items, when I noticed, while packing, that one of the SmartBite packets seemed a little flat / not puffed up as the others. Asked if we could swap it quickly with another as it seemed there could be a hole in that one. Surprised at the reply - as we had already paid (wife had literally just put her card back into her purse), but still at the till point, we would have to go to Customer Care and go thro the exchange process. How ridiculous is that - I mean really Clicks.</p>
