A poor service from Clicks Mafikeng Chopppies Mall

I went to clicks to buy a grooming machine,and when i arrived the i found a very nice safe way cordless machie costing R349.00,then i took it and to my suprise i found the clipper costing double what i saw from the shelf as i tried to resolve the matter with the manager of the store(Bonolo Makale) she refused to assit,she said she can only help with the price that appears on the system.they even tried to blame me for shifting their products on shelf ,Iam pleading with Clicks head office to intervene in this matter,as I've been a loyal regular client to this brand,all my business machinery have been purchased from Clicks,but today....a yesterday manager is ruining the reputation of this brand/company,i hope the nation will be able to see how people are taken for granted by these big companies employing people who take others rights for granted
