A pleasant place to shop

I was so happy visiting a Clicks store in Protea Glen, Soweto. I walked into a clean well merchandised store with happy people. Particularly a gentleman by the name of David, who was all smiles and was just willing to assist anytime. After being warmly welcomed by this gentleman, I got an opportunity to ask another employee where was the product I was looking, she willingly walked with me to show me where the product was. I was very impressed by then with her as well, only to find out she is the manager when I quickly checked her name tag. I further went to the pharmacy counter at which I was assisted by another lady who educated me a bit about the different medications. I thought I was in a wrong place because often people in the retail industry are so grumpy. I appreciate the excellent service i received in this store and it epitomized what customer service should be. Thank Clicks Protea Glen...More especially David who was just outstanding.
