A loyal customer turned away. 😞

I went to the Clicks at Vangate mall and as I entered the door I was stopped by the security lady at the door and I was told I could not enter because I was eating a snack. To my disbelief I asked to speak to the manager and he said I cannot be allowed into the store because I was eating a snack, I was shocked. I have been a customer of Clicks since high school, I am a gold card holder and this is the treatment I get? You have lost a loyal customer Clicks and, I do not understand why are customers not allowed into your stores while eating? It's not like Clicks is a clothing store and I'm going to dirty clothes. Are you afraid that your loyal customers are going to dirty the soaps, shampoos, toothpastes and deodorants? I don't understand this, I'm really sad because I loved Clicks.
