A Jersy is more important than a customer

<p>I went to buy self medication at Bel AIrs. When I arrived at the counter there were two people behind the pharmacy counter. One person was on the phone (Cell) the other was free. Went to the one who was free and he said I should go to the one on the phone. I stood in frond of him until he dropped the call. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thinking that he is now goin to attend to me, He then made another call. I then asked when is he going to help me. He answered after the call. I assumed he was on the phone with a client when I arrived and wanted to finish with that client before he helps me. I can live with that, but I was wrong. </p> <p> </p> <p>I soon as the call was picked up on the other side, he said this to " ke tlogetse Jacket yaka ka mo Walldrop, ke kgopela on .........." </p> <p>That really ****ed me off, how to you make client wait for you to make a perxonal call, you don't even show the decency of going to the back of the shop where I can hear you. This is total disrespect of customer. I asked to speak to thge manager to tell him this, he then said he was the manager. </p> <p>So I left, This is the last time I enter a Clicks store, there are a million Pharmacies in SA.</p> <p> </p>
