A company who values their customers

Hi I would just like to let you all know that whenever I shop at a Clicks store so far in my capacity,I have always had from a pleasant to an outstanding experience in either of your Cape Town stores...Now past Sunday at your Capegate store...what a phenomenal encounter with a very friendly professional lady by the name of Cathleen who gave such awesome service which these days don't occur in most retail environments having recognized that she truly takes the interest of the customer at heart.I could of left the store with my money but she had a solution to something that could of escalated perhaps if another customer had gone off his/her rocker.Bottom line thank you for teaching and upholding and not just professing as most stores do these days and are a far cry from what they state they are.Trust this lady will have a lucrative career in your company and move from strength to strength
