A business that doesn't even answer their phones should not be aloud in 2021!

None of the branches are answering their telephones. For examample, I gave a prescription in at Clicks Polofields Crossing on the 2n of June 2021 and they did not have Dalicin T (one of the medicines on the script), in stock. I was told that they were going to order it and call me. It is now 24 June without receiving any communication from them so I phoned them today. The phone rings, it asks to which department you want to go so I select option 2 for dispensary and the call immediately got cut of. I did this for over an hour without being able to speak to a person. Eventually I phoned and decided to choose the Customer Care option 1 - the same thing happened. At last I phoned holding on for the next available person and it ran for 5 minutes unanswered and then dropped the call. This is unbelievable as in these times of Covid, I as a disabled person do NOT want to drive to the Clicks just to find out my medicine is still not there. This has not happened only at this Clicks but also the one accross the road at Clicks Waterfall as well as the Clicks in Sanridge Square shopping mall. This is totally unexcepted so as soon as my 6 month's prescription is finished I will be moving away from Clicks all together. I spend several thousands of rands each year and month at Clicks, but their services are just simply - non existant. I had issues with the dispense of my meds as well. All are on a monthly date so 30 pills, then I will get home and they only issued 28 pills or in the case of my Trepeline that is 180 pills per month I had several times where I only received 178 or even halved tablets in the batch. Trepeline in not a drug that can be stopped suddenly. You have to slowly make it fewer then they just doesn't have stock or forgot to order. My script is given in with all my chronic medication on 1 day. They manage to stuff the repeats up so badly that there is only 2 repeats left on one and 5 on the other one, even though the script was received on one specific day all together. I can go on and on and on. They should stop being a chain alltogether as far as I am concerned.
