A breath of fresh air

For a person who has mostly experienced mediocre service from this branch, today was definitely different and another reason for me to continue supporting our local Clicks! Thanks to Baxolise Fumanisa from the Clicks Motherwell branch, whom i watched from a distance chatting up every single customer with a smile. Luckily, when it was my turn to be served I was fortunate enough to be assisted by him. After a long day at work; my own frustrations, forgetting my clubcard in my wallet, leaving my phone on the seat of the car meaning i was now losing out on my clubcard points, the bankcard issues with him needing to repeatedly restart the transaction, already that interaction could have gone sideways. However, he did not make me feel like he was doing me a favour, he continously smiled and made converstaion throughout. I am sure he was like that with the very next customer as well. He treated me like i was the first customer he assusted yoday, even though i had watched him assist two people right before me. If I had a choice, i would definitely request to be assisted only by him. That gentleman is a gem, it says a lot about him and the pride he takes in his work. Groom him so that he can go further, believe me, you will lose less customers that way. It was a much needed breath of fresh air being assisted by him! Give that man a raise or something!
