!!!

I have a mini Click Humidifier.... I have now tried everything... and cannot get it to function properly. As soon as I fill the tank... return it to the machine part and switch it on... it simply seeps water from the area all round the Humidifier where the tank meets the Electrical part!.... The water continues to seep until the tank is empty... about 2 mins!!!!!!!!!!! and no steam.... Really??? Where can one get instructions.... If I am not doing it right... why am I having so much seeping...surely this is not great for an electrical appliance for a start! Plus... where is my 'steam'????? How about a tutorial for supposed 'dumb' folk????? Youtube is easy to get the information across... (Myself.... Hmmmm... methinks this machine is a dud completely .... seems to be no 'safety' thought or function thought has gone into the design of this item!....
