Hi. Today I went to clicks Secunda to collect medication, script was attached to my email, I was put aside and told to email it to them. That process took approximately 30mins before I was helped. When the white pharmacist took over, she called my doctor's receptionist to open my file and confirmed what was written by a doctor. She refused to call the doctor.

I felt my privacy was invaded, and I wasted an hour just to get my medicine, I'm really disappointed by clicks Secunda.
