*** Clicks Roll On Anti-Perspirant —shelf space granted to Braamfontein but supply refused

I asked Bayanda Fomlosa, one of the managers at Braamfontein branch to stock this product. He did a (successful) trial run and was granted the shelf space for it (circa 1 June). Upon placing a solid order, the DC told him that they have no stock. Last week Thursday the 14th of June I found a shelf replete with stock in the ****arney branch. So how can it be that the DC don't have stock to supply Braamfontein, but they have stock to supply ****arney? Your cooperation in making the stock available in Braamfontein will be highly appreciated to say the least.
