60 minute wait for tablets!

Today I went in to Clicks, Kenilworth Centre to buy some 'self-medication'. The waiting time I was given for a packet of Allergex was 60 mins! How do they stay in business? I am visiting from outside the country and my mind was blown!! Needless to say I went to Dischem. Clicks brush up your act!
