4 year old Clicks Club card not working

I have been using my clicks Club card for over 4 years now, started with a temporary club card and was later advised by a Clicks cashier to change to the permanent card that people normally use. I believe somewhere along the way my cards were not merged together and fixed, now I just discovered that my card hasn't been crediting me points that I can use as it should. I shop every week at Clicks I am 100% sure of that that's why I agreed to having a club card with them, now I don't know how to feel about the points issue because it hurts. I had plans for the points there. I still need so many things for my new born baby and I thought I woulduse my points to get him everything, please assist me Hello Peter, I'm desperate and I'm really hurt by Clicks
