4 days into “1 to 3 days delivery”

I ordered stuff online last week Friday from Clicks. I chose the delivery method that takes 1 to 3 days. It’s now Thursday and nothing from Clicks. This is very slow service. The item I bought is something essential for travel. Although I don’t need it right away , what if I did? This is nonsense. Companies should stop over selling themselves saying they can do things that they can’t. They don’t even let you know that your parcel is not going to be delivered in time. This utter nonsense!
