2 weeks passed , online parcel not yet delivered

Im very disappointed with their service. I bought a pressure cooker online for my mom's birthday to be collected in Mthatha Clicks and guess what, its been 2 weeks and days the parcel is said to be still enroute. All i want is a refund so i can rather give her money to go buy herself something else. 2 weeks the pressure cooler i still on its way as if its an overseas parcel.
