2 weeks no feedback from Clicks

On the 15th of Dec I bought the Maybelline special where you receive a free gift. The store was out of free gifts and said they would phone another branch for stock and get back to me. I left my details and no one got back to me. On the 21 st I went back to the store to follow up as no one had gotten back to me as yet. I spoke to the manager who again took my details and promised me she would sort it out herself and get back to me asap. I still have not received any feedback from the store. Very dissapointing........
