2 for 1 **** at clicks

I ordered items online as a result of the Clicks buy one get one free promo on the 28th of April 2020 On 04/05 I received half my order as well as my shampoo being open and half spilled out I called immediately to report this and was promised a call back in 48 hours – I received no call and called back myself. I was again promised a call back as the call was referred to the online dept. I sent an e-mail as well and still no response other than the standard we have received your e-mail. I am at my wits end and will not use this service again
