11 Days and still no medication

I placed an order for online delivery of a new script for sleeping pills as they did not have any of my usual medication.

I placed that order on 3 April 2020. On 6 April 2020 they asked me to call them which I did and resent the script and assurances were made that I would receive the order within 3-5 business days.

Since then, no response to my emails or messages left. I finally spoke to someone and my order has not been placed, she cant say why, apparently they tried to call me on GOOD FRIDAY to inform me, which is impossible and no sign of a missed call on my phone.

So they going to try place the order tomorrow, 12 days after I placed my order with them.

I can't understand why clicks cannot do a simple job as place a medicine order and deliver it, if they cannot do this they should not offer such services, I would suggest everyone rather goes to Dischem as they can apparently deliver within 24 hours of placing an order.
