10 years of rotten service fromBurg Street branch

Month end .... one till operating as usual ..... second till gets opened... staff member then goes to the door to talk to somebody ......... Have complained more than once about this store...... nobody cares ....... last time they said it was overtraded..... cannot cope .... what a lie..... 8 plus till counters but one open .....
