1 Transaction... 5 problems... Still no refund... hmmmm... Bad, very bad.

Up till now, I've been impressed with Clicks Online ordering and delivery.... It had a shaky start a couple of years ago, but is now pretty decent... at least until this my first problem. Problem 1... They didn't have enough stock of the item I ordered (This I can still forgive) Problem 2...They then don't refund me, they "claim" to put the money on my clubcard, which is a card with no PIN protection and anyone with the number then then use my credit. Problem 3... I used "claim" in the previous statement, because the money isn't actually there, almost a week later. Problem 4, They short supp**** me Problem 5. They have automated responses with silence afterwards... As of now, I am R100 short and Clicks online remains silent.

1 Transaction... 5 problems... Still no refund... This is now making me question if Clicks Online is still a viable option.
