1 ply toilet paper was inserted in the 2 ply packaging and sold as such

I have been purchasing the Clicks Brand two ply toilet paper for the longest time and have never had any issues with it. I have however, this month purchased X 2 18’s 2 ply toilet paper and has never been this disappointed when I saw and felt that 1 ply toilet paper was inserted in the 2 ply packaging and sold as such. How can such a big brand be so dishonest is beyond me! I demand a full refund and is more than will to return this ******* toilet paper to the Mamelodi Dennlyn branch where I have purchased it. Looking forward to receiving any explanation or communication regarding this issue.
