1 and a half hour to get prescription meds

Yesterday - 07/03/2015- my sister went to get her prescription meds, all she needed to do was pick them up.<br> She stood in a queue for one and a half hours, to get meds that were already packed, had a sticker on, it just needed to get from behind the counter into my sisters hand.<br> But no, she had to wait one and a half hours to get help - because there was one person helping the whole of lambton instead of at least 5 like there should be.<br> <br> Also, even though it was overcast yesterday, because the small shop was full of things as well as people, it was getting stuffy and there was no aircon - only fans for the useless staff behind the counter.<br> She only goes to clicks for the \points"my mom gets.<br> This isnt the first time this has happened"
