Clicks Rosebank Mall keeping items for friend and family

Ive always seen reviews on Ticktock on how Clicks employees if there is a sale keep sale items for their friends or family members. Today at Clicks Rosebank mall, I went to buy the Kambrook Smartlife Health Griller. There was 2 available and the manager refused to sell me both stating that there is someone who wants the other Griller and that person called they will come at 12. I waited for over 30 minutes for the person to come and the manager Ntate Mo****di didn't want to sell the item. How does he gatekeep an item when a customer wants to pay while the other customer hadn't paid. What type of service is this? This is totally wrong, as soon as the lady came he said you are the lady I who requested I keep this for, how did he know who she was when the store was full, how could he identify her? He was also very horrible to the other Clicks employees and they looked terrified of him. He orders them around so badly its distasteful
