Unprofessional rude behavior

I'm so disappointed at this pharmacy particularly with the guy that was meant to assist me but completely disregarded me despite being sick, I waited in line while he kept putting people before me eventually I left without coursing a scene , went to another clicks only to be told that my prescription was processed at Protea gardens, I left gardens with no medication so who did they process it for? Had to go back, sick as I was to explain what happened to the manager, the guy with the afro was absolutely unprofessional, I will never go back there again. That's not how you treat people who are sick. I've used that pharmacy before and many others, I've never been told that I need to print a script EVER in any clicks Ive ever gone to, he went out of his way not to help me
