How service should be
Sheryll, from Clicks pharmacy Omni Square, went the extra mile yesterday. After not reaching me by phone, she messaged me on WhatsApp to correct a stock quantity error (I had accidentally been given one extra pill). She sorted the invoice, explained the medical-aid charge, and refunded me the amount paid by my medical aid because I had paid cash. Honest, proactive and caring service like this is rare. Working in client relations I know how little positive feedback people usually give. Thank you, Sheryll — this is how customer service should be done.
