Clicks magalies view center not serious about customer service

I went to clicks magalies view in Rustenburg on Monday 15th December to purchase prescription meds and the service I received was appalling. There was only one customer when I arrived at the pharmacy service but I spent long time waiting to be served. There were three assistants but all of them seemed not to see me. Two of them were in attendance to two security guards, chatting away about their private matters while I sat there unattended. After what seemed like an eternity I was served by a pharmacist, wearing an intern coat. She took 15 minutes to print out a prescription which they had copied a week before. I did purchase another item which was not in the prescription. This pharmacist, Molebogeng Malope, took very long just to process this transaction. When I complained and asked to see the manager, she said she's the boss and so she returned the medicine that I had requested. To make matters worse when I got to the till point and complained to another manager she referred me to an email address at the back of my clicks card. I saw that at clicks they are not serious about customer service. Everyone is the law unto themselves and can do as they please with no repercussions.
