There is this lady who is always so helpful and goes the extra mile if I'm looking for something and my medical aid won't accept medication. Jacque Sekwane, I always forget her name an this time I memorized it, she helped me this week again, she's at both Florida in Goldman crossing and horizons clicks in roodepoort. My medical aid never seems to accept medication we need but jakie will go through every product that pertains to my husbands health problems until the medical aid accepts it. The first time I met Jacque I had to get a nebulizer with my last R500 thinking my medical aid would probably give me trouble again, but this women made sure to check if the nebulizers at click would all not be accepted by the medical aid and the medical aid accepted the nebulizer. I'm so grateful for Jacque. I will drive from the one clicks to the other if have to, I will wait till she's down with other clients or other work if I have to because I know this woman won't just look at one product and say " sorry your medical aid won't pay for it" I know if my medical aid won't pay for it it's not because Jacque didn't didn't try.
