Bad service

My wife was in Garden city hospitaal for a big back operation. She was discharge yesterday. My parking ticket say 11h06 I just went into the ward and get the script Dr Engelbreght give to my wif. It was about 11h10. There were only 2 chemist on duty and after an hour and 10 min I only get help. I ask to speak to the main Chemist and he was apparently busy. After I asked for the 3rd time he come and speak to me. All the people who was sitting in the que was not happy with the service at all. Eveen in the ward the staff was moaning about the service they get from the Chemist. Thanks but that is not service at all
