Something needs to change about local business

Very unfriendly staff or is it because we in the location, I went there to collect my daughter medication, I hardly use their pharmacy and they were busy wanting ID my medical aid and when you go to Dischem as long as one place had your information you don't need to produce a thing when you get there. What's wrong with clicks system really need to be changed. I can't be going around and living my information all over. The lady was very rude she doesn't want to give out generics. She's very stubborn but being a pharmacist.
