Clicks Mams Mall treats customers like ********s

I am extremely disappointed at how customers are treated at the dispensary at Clicks.

Everything I go there to buy meds I'm required to produce my ID and even send it on email although there's a clear indication of my ID and my smart card.

Where I live, they've only ever required the Clicks card. Is there a reason why you treat the residents of Mamelodi like ********s?

The last straw was today, when I sent my mother to get medication for my sick child and she was informed that they cannot help because she needs to email her ID.

Is there a reason why I can get proper service in Midrand and anywhere in Joburg South with only a Clicks card but treated like a ******** when at Mams mall? Do I need to first drag you on social media with your inconsistencies and treating black people like trash while you treat white people with respect?

The disrespect from Crisselda Bopape to even proceed to call two customers who were behind her without helping her because she refuses to email an ID whereas she has the medical aid number, the ID on her WhatsApp as well as the Clicks card?

Crisselda Bopape sent her back to her seat, assisted two people before her and then called her afterwards. That is very disrespectful and it's infuriating that you treat customers this way. Especially when it's a child that's unwell. Also note that this isn't the first time she's treated my mother this way. She once sent her back without prescription medication as if she's a ********.
