Bad services at Sandton click and not happy with online

am not happy ,Portia special not picking up online,we went to the store they are marked 3 for 2 but it's a story again ,the Marula oil is a facial product not body ,but I was told it's a body oil,I wanted to try these products im new ,I am unhappy even from the service form the manager who came and assisted us I had other things I ended up not paying for the other items,merchandising has failed from Oi
