Bad service

On Friday the 24th May my phone along with my bank card was ****** inside clicks. The level of service I received from clicks was disgusting. The person who took my phone was wearing all black with a name tag. When I asked the security if she saw this person she said no she was on her phone when I asked for the manager I was told he is busy. The only people that helped me was the people working at beauty department. When I asked to see the cameras I was told there is no cameras I am completely disappointed with clicks they have no level of remorse they just don't care. I will never ever set my foot inside that store again I will tell friends and family do so to. Your service is pathetic they can kill you in that store and no one will care. You don't have security because the lady at the door is to busy on her phone.
