Unhappy customer

I’ve place order of my cosmetics at clicks like I normally do, in that order there’s my Diclo-Flam tablets which they told me to collect them in store after I paid, but cosmetics will be delivered. Now when I collect in store they said they don’t know about that which I’ve showed them the message I got from your online store.
