EXCELLENT SERVIVE- THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!

On the 26th of November 2024 I purchased a Gym Blender from Clicks Belair and it unfortunately has packed up. Could find its packaging but not the proof of purchase (POP) sadly. Today I took it back to the store for a replacement and was pleasantly received by a positive and willing to assist young man by the name of Karabo. His 1st question was, "where is your POP"? i politely responded,"sorry I can't find it". "No problem Sir (with a warm smile on his face), please get me your Loyalty card if you did use it when you purchased the product." I then obliged. He humbly instructed me to go and pick up a new replacement one and go wait for him by the tills as he was going to do whatever at the back of the store. Before I knew it, Karabo was by the tills to pass Credit and I was out of the store with a Brand-New Blender in less than 10min.
